Support for creatives and deep-feeling people navigating change
I help adults untangle anxiety, burnout, and life transitions so they can live with more clarity, creativity, and ease. Whether through therapy, coaching, or my own creative work, we find what actually fits you. No quick fixes, just real conversation.

Therapy Specialties
I work best with adults who think a lot, feel a lot, and are tired of white-knuckling their way through life. Many of my clients are creatives, helpers, or people in transition who look "fine" on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or quietly lost on the inside.

Below are the concerns I focus on most often. You don't have to fit them perfectly for us to work together, but you might recognize yourself in a few.
Anxiety & Overthinking
If your mind rarely turns off - replaying conversations, running worst-case scenarios, scanning for what you missed - you're not alone. Anxiety and overthinking can make even small decisions feel high-stakes and exhausting.
In our work together, we slow down enough to actually see what your anxiety is trying to do for you, to notice how it shows up in your body, and to build ways to respond that are kinder and more effective than "just stop thinking about it."
Burnout recovery
Burnout isn't just "a busy season." It's what happens when you've been overriding your limits for too long - especially in helping roles or creative work where you feel responsible for/to other people. You may feel numb, resentful, or like you've quietly checked out.

Together, we look at how you got here, what your nervous system actually needs to recover, and how to rebuild your life and work in a way that doesn't require you to collapse first.
Creative Professionals
I'm especially drawn to working with people whose inner world is loud - artists, musicians, writers, therapists, coaches, and other "feel-it-all" humans. Your sensitivity and depth are strengths but they can also make the world feel like too much.

Therapy with me is a place to let your inner complexity be fully seen without being treated as a problem to fix. We work on making your sensitivity more grounded and usable, so it supports your life instead of running it.
Life Transitions
Some seasons don't fit neatly into labels: changing careers, ending or beginning relationships, moving, becoming a parent, rethinking faith or purpose. These transitions can leave you feeling unmoored - like the old story of who you are no longer fits but the new one isn't clear yet

In therapy, we name what's actually changing, honor what you are losing and gaining, and help you listen for the deeper values that want more space in this next chapter.
If you see yourself in any of these, you're in the right place:
-
Anxiety, worry, and constant mental noise
-
Burnout from helping, caring, or creating
-
Creatives and deep-feelers who feel "too much"
-
Life transitions, direction changes, and "who am I now" questions
If a few of these land for you, you don't have to untangle them alone or all at once. A first step can simply be a conversation.
