Who I Work With

I primarily work with neurodivergent and anxious adults (18+) experiencing burnout, chronic overthinking, relationship strain, and a loss of meaning or fulfillment. Many of the adults I work with deeply feel emotions, tend to overthink, and over-accommodate others at the expense of their own needs. By the time they reach out, burnout and relationship strain are already impacting daily life.

 

In Simple Terms

In simple terms, I help neurodivergent and anxious adults slow down, reduce burnout, and better understand themselves so their lives feel more sustainable and meaningful.

 

Therapy vs. Coaching

Therapy is for neurodivergent and anxious adults seeking support with burnout, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationship strain, or a loss of meaning or fulfillment. Therapy involves mental health treatment and is appropriate when symptoms or emotional distress are impacting daily functioning.

Coaching is for creatives who want support prioritizing and sustaining their creative work and are not seeking mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on goals, values, and practical decision-making rather than treating mental health conditions.

If you’re unsure whether therapy or coaching is the right fit, therapy is typically the appropriate starting point.

Therapeutic Approach

My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and existential therapy.

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on understanding long-standing patterns, emotional experiences, and relational dynamics that contribute to anxiety, burnout, and over-accommodation. This approach supports deeper self-awareness and lasting change rather than quick symptom fixes. Existential therapy explores questions of meaning, identity, choice, and responsibility. It is especially supportive for adults who feel disconnected, dissatisfied, or uncertain about the direction of their lives, even when things appear “fine” on the outside. Together, these approaches support insight, emotional depth, and alignment with what matters most to you.

 

This Might Be a Good Fit If...

This work is often a strong fit for adults who:

  • Are neurodivergent and feel overwhelmed by constant overthinking or emotional intensity

  • Have a long history of prioritizing others’ needs and now feel depleted or resentful

  • Are experiencing burnout that is impacting relationships, creativity, or motivation

  • Feel disconnected from meaning or direction despite outward competence

  • Want to understand themselves more deeply rather than “fix” symptoms quickly

This work may not be a good fit if you are:​

  • Seeking short-term therapy

  • Looking for a highly structured or homework-intensive approach

  • Needing crisis-level or emergency support

  • Hoping to use insurance

Practical Details

I am licensed in Florida, Missouri, and Washington.
I work with adults 18+.
Sessions are online only and private pay.
